Creating a product’s Technical Documentation is a precondition for affixing the CE marking to it.
Adequate risk assessments have for years been legally required for inclusion a product’s Technical Documentation.
Authorised Representatives; Importers, and Distributors have also – for years – been legally required to cooperate with competent national authorities regarding any risks created by the products they handle.
It is exactly the same for products affixed with UKCA and UKNI markings, whether or they are also CE-marked or not.
